We had our team building event at Five Iron Golf. It was my first time there and everyone in the team absolutely loved it. The place has great vibe, clean and staff were super attentive and nice. I want to specially give a shout out to the manager Lee, he is so fantastic. He made sure we get everything setup on time , the game, food and drinks etc. The food was so good too, definitely try the short rib quesadilla, it was a big hit!

This is a newer location and they have to work a few things out. We arrived on time but waited to get in our bay 10 min late, server didn’t come for first 30 min and then tried to wrap us up early. On the positive, Big Nick is very helpful and knows his stuff. Food was fine, beer cold.

I had a 9pm tee time and was not bought to my bay until closer to 9:10pm. I wouldn’t have a problem with this, however, I booked a teatime for 90 minutes and was asked to leave the bay at 10:30. My issue with this is I was not provided the full 90 minutes.I also did not have anyone come over and ask if I wanted anything to eat or drink. When I did ask someone to come over I had I ask if there were any specials. The only reason why I’m bringing this up is because I’ve gone to the Herald Square location multiple times and did not have this issue. The vibe and energy at the Rockefeller Center location is great and I wish it much success.

This is my second time visiting Five Iron Golf. The first time I visited was in Midtown Manhattan at the Herald Square location. This time I got to try out the location by Rockefeller Center. You would need to either take an elevator or stairs to the basement. But the lights are pretty bright all the way throughout and very welcoming. This place looks great to throw corporate events or to hang out with the group. We came during happy hour which takes place between 3 PM and 6 PM Monday through Friday. They have all you can eat wings for only five dollars. They also have select beers on draft for five dollars. The location at Harold Square had more options in terms of the drinks. The bone and wings are amazing. I do think that theyover sauced them. I should’ve maybe said something and sent the wings back, but I didn’t wanna be a pain in the butt. Next time I’ll just orderthem With the sauces on the side or a light sauce. All in all we got great value for what we paid. My friend and I each got two beers and a round of wings. It was about $25 a person after tax and tip. We did manage to eat about 15 wings and we got two beers on draft. I think that’s a phenomenal deal in Midtown.
