    Staff is friendly and helpful but as a member the shower area wasn't very clean or stocked with fresh towels, there is no lockers to house your personal belongings while in the showers and the table that was at my bay was dirty and looks as if it hadn't been wiped down from the previous user. Hopefully they can make some improvements on cleanliness.

    I love the team at 5 iRon in Cleveland! They focus on only one thing when I visit- making sure I have an amazing experience. I am so glad I joined!

    They have very little staff for food and drink service, so you waste time trying to order and at the same time play games and keep the clock ticking... I went there for a fun Saturday night and came out stressed. They need more staff... plus the food was very spicy and the drinks were very expensive.
