- LLLenaOct 26, 20255.0The employees at the Capitol Hill location are extremely nice and accommodating!! Had an error booking our session and was charged for a no-show, but they went above and beyond by refunding me and changing our rez to the right date and time. We’ve yet to have our session yet but I know it’ll be nothing less than 5 stars after the great experience I had just over the phone :)

- BBBilly BaerSep 29, 20253.0So, I’ve been there three times, great on the first two, they will chill. Last time the system they use to track the ball SUCKED it errored out every three hits. But they got it fixed kind of (you also get different experience based on the bat that you use) so yay, second they were out of churros and said they refund it (cause I paid) didn’t get a refund not a big deal I’ll loose 5 dollars. I’m hoping next time the system they use tracks the ball better!
