This gym has too many members and I think they don’t stop accepting new ones. In rush hours, good luck if you can find an available machine. However their machines and location are good though. Dumbbells are not enough. Locker room is very dirty. Before become a member I suggest you to look for other options. This place looks affordable in first place but after one month I wanted to cancel my membership and they said I need to let them know one month in advance. So I locked in one more month and I said okay, that's fair. After I let them know, I was charged with annual maintenance fee. They said it was written in the contract. So read the contract carefully. Btw most of these reviews are written by insist of the staff (who are nice people tho). The other thing is right before 30 mins to closing, they start to turn the lights off which is very annoying. They already close it early and this attitude... idk.

I took a free personal training session offered to me by the gym. The trainer seemed knowledgeable, especially about my connective tissue disorder, but then bullied me into signing up for 2 classes a week on the spot at around $120/session. I don’t remember the exact rates because they don’t show them on their website and will not send it in writing if you ask. My assumption is that this is their way of changing prices as they please. I told her that I really wanted to work with her but needed more time to think about it because I couldn’t afford what she was offering. I don’t know many people in their 20s that can tack on an extra $960 monthly without a day of thought. I asked if I could do every week or every 2 since I’m at the gym everyday regardless and am very committed to working on the plans she had outlined on my own. She acted like the was a personal attack on her and that if I didn’t sign up that day I would lose the spot and I wasn’t committed enough to getting better. I reached out a few weeks later to start meeting once a week, even though that was still a lot for me financially. I had to pay for multiple sessions upfront but then after our first session, she told me that she could no longer help me because her schedule changed. I asked if she had any slots at all and she said only 6am thinking I wouldn’t take it, but I did. After a few more sessions she told me she couldn’t make that time either and dropped me as a client. The gym set me up with another person, but it really wasn’t what I had paid for. She was helpful with getting stronger but not very knowledge about my connective tissue disorder, which was the only reason I paid for the sessions. At the very least I had videos of all the training from my initial trainer but she left the gym and deleted every one of them so I had nothing to go off of. I didn’t get reimbursed and it went unacknowledged by the management how much I had been pushed around. Another note on the gym itself is that it’s cheap for a reason. They never clean the gym, or at least the change rooms. I see the exact same balls of hair that sit on the floor for weeks without being cleaned. The light in the sauna burns out often and is not replaced for months on end so you just have to sit in the dark. The equipment is fine so it’s definitely a cheap and dirty option for a workout.

I have been with my trainer Stefan Poluga for 3 years. Stefan is up-to-date with the cutting edge of body building evidence, literature, and techniques. He is knowledgeable about nutrition, bulking, cutting, and body composition. He is mature, caring, and overall a great coach. Thanks for motivating me to lose almost 40lbs and be the strongest and healthiest I have ever been in my life. A heartfelt thank you.
