What's rude person by front desk
When I asked " May I bring my kid to yoga class?" Shanua told "There is no day care here”
For me, you can just say "Yes you can OR No you can't " I didn't understand that replied....
Ruined my yoga class and my mood.
When I told my boyfriend that he called back to kingsway location and asked why you said that way, you can just say yes or no. And she said " you cannot be rude on the phone"Excuse me? ? ? Who's rude person?
When we asked your name, you just hung up the phone!!!!??What's the bad service!
I won't come back, I'm not recommending here because her's attitude.
Also you are the Manager of this location. Why you told us manager was not here when we called you?! You are lying to your customer.
I cannot imagine how horrible service would be.

I went to this club for yoga for the first time and asked the receptionist, Shana, if I could bring my child inside. Her response was extremely rude , she snapped, “This isn’t a daycare!” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a place that promotes wellness and community. She’s clearly not suited for a front desk role. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Poor front desk service.
Showed up there on Oct 5th around 9am.
I clearly requested her to allow me for “One Day Tryout” but she didn’t understand the meaning of “One Day Tryout.”
She did not allow me to try the gym once.
I kindly request the management to train and teach her better since “One Day Tryout” is common almost at all gyms.

The gym itself has a good selection of machines and equipment, which is a plus. However, the staff often seem more focused on chatting with each other than engaging with or supporting customers. When I signed up for personal training, I didn’t receive what was advertised, such as a structured training plan or nutrition guidance. I didn’t even know there was a women’s section until 6 months after joining, because I didn’t get a proper “onboarding”. Overall, it feels unprofessionally managed, which is disappointing given the potential this gym has.
