I came in to get a new membership as i just left my previous gym and Summer made that quick and simple for me! She is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of the questions i had without hesitation and even offered to give me a tour so i could take a look around. Highly recommend, i had a great experience!

PLEASE STOP CALLING. My husband and I are not interested in your personal training sessions. Your training prices are far too expensive, and no amount of follow-up will change that.

Fitness World Langley completely misses the mark when it comes to understanding the community it operates in. Not everyone in Langley has disposable income to throw at overpriced personal training packages, yet the company continues to push them aggressively as if financial struggles don’t exist. Sometimes people genuinely don’t have money in their accounts, and the lack of compassion or flexibility around this reality feels incredibly out of touch with the area. What’s frustrating is that the local employees and managers seem to be doing their best under corporate pressure. It’s clear they’re just following head office directives, but that doesn’t make the experience feel any less tone-deaf. Instead of focusing so heavily on selling high-ticket training bundles, Fitness World should start by listening to the needs of the actual community they serve and start treating their frontline staff better. Until they realize Langley isn’t White Rock or Vancouver and adjust their approach, the disconnect between corporate expectations and local realities will keep driving members away. It was deeply embarrassing to feel like I had to open my banking app just to prove that I truly couldn’t afford personal training. Nobody asked me to, but I felt the need to be honest and show that the money simply isn’t there. I have young children at home who need diapers more than I need overpriced training sessions — and that’s the reality for many families in Langley. I know at least four other friends who’ve had to do the exact same thing, because they’re facing the same struggles.
