Horrible service. They care more about keeping your money than keeping a customer. Greedy bank, I would not recommend to anyone.

Upon opening a business acct. the service we received from branch manager was very unprofessional, demeaning and discriminatory. Be warned that this service will not get me or my company to return! Very poor customer service, support or business to business aspects. Zero stars would have been a better option, but they proceeded to make wrongful assumption about my company and don’t care at all about our purpose…so like she did —->don’t bother to read the fine print because they only want your money! 💰 🛑 don’t open any accounts that will jeopardize your $!

Today I came to this credit union 7/29/25 and yes I arrived 5 mins prior to closing. I approached a teller named Jennifer. Old white woman blonde pixie cut. From initial reaction very cold. Didn’t greet me at all. Very unprofessional. As she was making my deposits made several remarks because she made a mistake because she wasn’t observant and was rushing through the transaction. Regardless if someone comes 5 minutes or 5 hours before closing that doesn’t warrant a nasty customer service experience. Never coming back and I won’t be transferring my account either.
