Because First Florida does not have stockholders, "people before profits" is alive and well. Earnings are returned to members in the form of lower rates and fees, in addition to higher earnings on deposits.

- RGRose GFeb 6, 20255.0We had another wonderful experience at the St Johns/Racetrack branch today. Prior to our visit, Lena was very accommodating and she communicated well with us and her team. When we arrived, the teller (Jose, I believe) gave us a warm welcome and was very friendly throughout our visit. He truly enjoys working there. Kumar promptly handled our notary needs and was super friendly too. We appreciate the excellent service this branch always provides.

Want to charge to make deposit with coins and bills when using share branch when in the share branch agreement state the service should be free. Will avoid this location and organization policies have changed a lot. Will not return again will take my service to another organization like radifi , 121 and alive offer better shared branching experience. First Florida use to be amazing when I was a member. Brent Lister ceo got very greedy as ceo.
