As a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, our primary focus is to serve the financial needs of our members. Because First Florida does not have stockholders, "people before profits" is alive and well. Earnings are returned to members in the form of lower rates and fees, in addition to higher earnings on deposits.

- TWTrevonte WalkerSep 23, 20251.0Worst branch to go to. They do not acknowledge you at all. I had an appointment and literally was there almost 30 minutes and know one said anything to me. And the office was literally empty. I recommend to stay far away. Worst customer service ever.
- RARachel AndersonJun 12, 20251.0I went in to make a deposit & there were 4 tellers & only one was assisting customers.. the other 3 were standing around conversing. To make matters worse the raggedy ATM wasn’t properly working & then while I was in the Credit Union a lady whom was ill prepared was prolonging & no one tried to apologize & assist.. really trifling to be honest.
