An amazing team that gave our residents fantastic service at a top luxury high-rise property I used to manage in Miami Beach. Highly recommend both Kyle Livingstone and Jr. Lilchin with 1st Class.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. This past summer, coming from out of state to visit home, I went to the beach and used the valet while dining at Oro restaurant. Honestly, the valet service was on another level, the guys were all smiles, super helpful, and made us feel like we were truly in Miami Beach. With the heat and the busy beach vibe, they still gave us an amazing experience and went out of their way to make it smooth for me and my family. Big respect to them for making our day feel special.

I’ve had the chance to witness how the valet team manages garages in properties where I provide car wash services. Most people don’t realize the level of work that goes into it, these guys are constantly accommodating huge vehicles, keeping everything organized, and maintaining control of the garage. It’s impressive to see the professionalism and effort they put in every single day.

1 Star – A Textbook Example of Failure First Class Parking in Miami left us with a ruined day, a dead car, and a sour taste that won’t go away. We entrusted them with our vehicle, only to come back and find the dome lights left on — a rookie mistake that drained the battery completely. That one careless oversight derailed an entire day of our vacation. But the dead battery wasn’t the worst part. The real insult was David's(Supervisor) response. When we turned to them for help, their staff showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and an appalling level of disrespect. Instead of apologizing, they brushed us off, acted condescending, and treated us like the problem. That level of arrogance on top of negligence is absolutely unacceptable. “First Class” is the most misleading name imaginable. What you’ll actually get here is third-rate service wrapped in arrogance and indifference. They didn’t just mishandle a car — they mishandled trust, time, and dignity. Vacations are precious. We lost hours we can’t get back because of their carelessness. If you value your trip, your vehicle, or simply being treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor: steer clear of First Class Parking. They are a guarantee of stress, not service.

I parked once with First Class Parking and when I got my car back, my gum was gone. I figured it was just a weird fluke until I mentioned it to a buddy who used to work there. What he told me makes my stolen gum seem like nothing. According to him, coworkers would regularly take guest cars on joyrides to grab food, and guests often complained about stolen items, usually from the same people. Management wasn’t much better. One manager told customers the credit card machine was “broken” so he could pocket cash, and when a glitch charged $100 to a fake account, the GM made my buddy pay it out of his own pocket. He was only 18 at the time and didn’t know any better. He also said the guy who trained him had no idea he was being replaced and was fired the moment training was over. There was an employee who walked over 10 miles to work every day but smelled so bad customers constantly complained. New hires were so clueless they’d park in residents’ spots despite being told the top floor was for valet, getting cars towed. One hire didn’t even know how to drive and my buddy had to report him to corporate as a liability. From top to bottom, the hiring standards and culture sounded shady.
