- GBGina Birath3 days ago5.0I have a service contract. Best decision I have ever made! Bruno came out on Monday. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was in working order and advised me on what might be an issue and what to look out for once the furnace is running. Very comfortable turning on the furnace knowing that very best technicians will be on hand to repair it.

Everyone who has come out to do maintenance over the last 5 years has always gone above and beyond to not only do the work but also take the time to explain and educate and answer questions. Bruno came out today - he was amazingly helpful, did great/quick work, and patiently answered all my questions so I got a good education out of it as well! Can’t recommend highly enough.

He made sure everything was in order and clean, and he changed the unit's filter, taking the necessary measurements with his voltmeter to ensure each component of the machine was working at 100% for the winter and prevent future damage.

My continued participation with First Choice Heating is incumbent upon Angel Garcia service. The key word being ‘service’ He is the personification of old school service. From the first call when he is on the way to your home. 1) He gives you an approximate time to expect him 2) He reviews the reason that you called.* no second hand info from office worker. 3) he enters your home with the greatest care for your floors 4) he doesn’t depart until he is CERTAIN that you understand everything that is happening, what to expect and of course the offer that you can call 24 hours Tell me WHERE and with whom you’ve been offered this level of service today!!?!? First Choice Heating. Please call them if you want to be a happy camper!!

He worked very clean. he is an excellent worker. I would recommend him and this company to my family and friends. first choice, plumbing and heating is a wonderful company. They gave me an appointment for 8 AM and Bruno was on time. and their price is great overall I am pleased with the work I got done today
