  Fast, friendly and courteous, easy unload, tight parking lot for backing 53 foot OTR truck One spot for overnight parking in front of building I would deliver here again My appointment was at 8 AM. They came and got me at 7:45 AM to get in the dock. Warning there is a bingo hall next-door that does not let out till 9 PM (this was Sunday night. )at night and they are parked everywhere

  My builder used this company for bathroom shower door enclosure installation. They were sent out to fix the issue because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. If I ever treated customers like they do at my job, I’d be fired. When you greet them at the door, the guy glares at you and says “I’m here for the shower door” and doesn’t acknowledge you. We asked him a simple question, and his response was “we got nothing to do with that” and walked off. I’m not asking for anything more than common courtesy that I treated these technicians with. Absolutely disrespectful and they do a horrible job of shower door installation. They need a serious refresher on customer service and their job duties. If I ever have needs in the future, I will make sure to NOT use this company.

  Take up 8 front parking spots at a shopping center to get jersey mikes instead of parking their truck in the back of the lot not taking up spaces like reasonable smart adults.
