  We had first call come and install a heat pump for us. From the very beginning they were very knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions we had they were able to schedule us for installation right away and came out about a week later to do the job. We would definitely use them again! Thanks so much.

  Juan is the best. He did the winter furnace tune up. Checked everything, found the furnace kept tripping off due to clogged filter. Replaced the filter and everything runs great now. He also checked all the registers to make sure they were open. I am confident the furnace will efficiently run this winter when we need it.

  I've used First Call for more than 20 years and have always found them to be honest, efficient and very knowledgeable. Most recently they came out for an AC issue I had. The tech could have replaced a capacitor but said there was plenty of life left in the one that was there. He also could have recommended a new motor but again said we could go for a time with the one we have. I will always use First Call and highly recommend them.

  Very Professional , courteous and knowledgeable. Took time to explain what they were doing and explain the new thermostat. Cleaned everything up. I'm very happy with the service.
