  The Friday evening candlelight yoga session was absolutely wonderful! The space was very nice, and the very kind, and skilled yoga instructor led us through a very relaxing yoga set.

  The setting is calm, classic, tasteful. You feel zen just stepping in the door. The instructor is clearly experienced and talented. As a beginner, I felt that she had much to teach but was easy to follow. The different accommodations and flexibility with the poses made the class very accessible to someone with physical challenges. This instructor told me she has specialized training in yoga for TBI patients, and her caring spirit is evident in her approach. This is the best yoga class I've ever attended and the first one that has been disability friendly. Definitely at the top of my list!
