  Wish I could provide a positive comment but no one from the store has called me back. I have been in the store 2X seeking repairs to my gas fireplace. Both times the staff have been nice and took my number. But no one has followed up.

  I dont know what kind of company would hire such wreckless and dangers drivers but was almost hit twice by their van as it weaved in and out of traffic , if this is the kind of people that they hire and trust to run there business then i can just imagine the kind of work they do normally id let this go but i had young children in the car...

  Put my deposit down and I’m waiting a month now for someone to actually call me back after multiple phone calls. It’s a simple install. The gas line is already there. I just need the insert installed.

  They never acknowledged me when I came in to inquire about a mantle. Ignored me, and talked about crazy people who came in and how they escort them out. Wow really? By the way, there was 1 customer, 3 people who think they work there.

  Totally professional from the moment I walked in to the shop to inquire about adding a gas, stand alone fireplace on our sunporch to make it a year around room. Dennis and Gus helped me find the type of unit I was looking for and Dennis was able to give me a rough estimate right then. After checking out the job, the Avalon Cypress was ordered and a few weeks later, John and his incredible team installed a gas line and the vented unit, taking care of inspection appointments and permit. Clean, fantastic job! My wife and I could not be happier. I have never looked so forward to winter! Much thanks to you all, gentlemen.
