  Great customer service and super helpful! I needed a loom last minute and emailed them in a panic asking if they had any in stock to pick up. Luckily they did! They responded extremely quickly, and held one at the front desk for pickup! The shop itself is well stocked and really neat, and the ladies running it were so nice and welcoming. I wish I had more time to spend at it, but if you’re into fiber arts (especially knitting) check it out! Knitters paradise

  Stopped by during pandemic hours looking for a quick project. I saw an adorable red hat near the register and wanted to knit that item. The employee couldn't be bothered. She did not know if there was a pattern and said another employee just "winged it"--no pattern. Of course they were selling the yarn. I was directed to Ravelry for patterns. If I wanted to look at revelry, then I would just purchase the yarn, etc. online. We are encouraged to "shop local;" and this the experience. I will not return here. No service, No support, except "winging" display items.
