- EREdward Jacob RamosApr 29, 20241.0These guys are not worth your time. I had them come and replace my TPR on my water heater that was working. They immediately found other things wrong with it. And for some reason shortly after their “service” my heater stopped working. And they blamed the maintenance of the previous owner. Rather than troubleshooting they jumped straight into trying to sell me on a new water heater and overpriced for their services at that. No troubleshooting, nothing. It was either and new heater or rebuild. No in between. They were nice enough to follow up with the manufacturer for warranty but it was too little too late. I don’t recommend their services. The problem ended up being and easy as reseating some wiring. I had to figure that out myself.

Richard came out provided me with multiple solutions and options on which ones he recommended for my new home.He was very knowledgeable and professional with his presentation and me and my husband feel comfortable. He followed up with me and kept me informed every step of the way with the project from A-Z. I would be calling them back for future work and will recommend them to friends and family.

Will refer them to all my family and friends ! They are truly the Finest Rooters & Plumbers in town .
