Luego de comprar mi carro en la HONDA no sabía que no tiene el sistema para cerrar la puerta trasera del cajón, lo lleve a que se lo instalarán tuve que pagarlo, donde yo les había explicado mis necesidades (me vendieron algo que no iba a cumplir mis necesidades), lo deje que supuestamente solo tardaba 2 horas la instalación, llegue a recogerlo después de 6 horas porque ellos me llamaron que ya estaba listo, estando en lugar resulta que no funcionaba, le habían quebrado una varilla que permite abrirlo. En mi opinión esto es increíble. Luego le devuelven el carro después de cualquier reparación o mantenimiento sin lavar es el primer lugar que me sucede eso.

I recently purchased a Honda civic with an open recall for the fuel pump. I took it into Honda and they fixed no appointment needed. They covered an uber leaving and coming back to the dealership. The fix was completed in a little over four hours which was an hour sooner then estimated time. The maintenance rep I was working with was Shaun Sexton. Him and the rest of the other maintenance representatives were very professional and customer friendly. 10/10 experience, will definitely come back for future services when needed
We were waiting in our car and this tech got our attention . He was super helpful , friendly and we just had that good feeling about him . We hoped that he would be our tech. And lo and behold ,we were assigned to Noah Kapinkin .. Noah is genuinely helpful and the overall experience he gave us as new customers were outstanding, he patiently listened to our car issues, he called for the battery estimate right in front of us, offered us a ride to a place of our choice while wait for our car , and I’m sure that was standard procedure but it was about Noah’s demeanor , never pushy but very kind . he is such a nice guy who wanted to give us an excellent service . Because of Noah, we are definitely coming back either for my daughter’s Honda Accord my CRV. Shout out to Noah and Findlay’s service department .. people like Noah make your company look good .. and for sure repeated business going forward from very happy customers like us .. thank you Findlay, thank you so much Noah for taking very good care of us ..
