  We had reservations, arrived on time, and were a party of 2. They sat us in the back room next to a table of 8-10 people. It took 30 minutes to get our first drink order, another 20 minutes to get the drink, and order appetizers. I told the waiter it was unacceptable. Our appetizer arrived quickly once our order was taken. Bread to the table was the only thing to eat until then. Very bad experience. Steak was good, pork belly appetizer okay but nothing to get excited about. Mac and Cheese with lobster and garlic mashed potatoes were the sides - okay but have had much better elsewhere. We had to request salt and pepper for the table, had to request more wine and beer because our glasses were dry. The large party in the room had to request their side dishes after having received their steaks 10 minutes prior. The dessert pumpkin martini was good, chocolate cake presentation was nice but it tasted like store bought. The room ambiance was nice. I've eaten better food at worst restaurants, I've never had as bad of service as this at a "fine dining" establishment. Food price for two was $348 + left a $60 tip because the poor waiter will likely need a new job.

  Food is excellent. It is not cheap. Totally worth it. Definitely recommend.

  My husband and I were there last night for our Anniversary. A little confusion on who was waiting on our table at first, but they more than made up for the wait. Everyone was very kind with well wishes and the food was excellent. We will be back.

  Our waitress was the most knowledgeable about the food and wine that I've ever seen. You could tell she was enjoying knowing the answers to our questions. She deserves a raise.

  I visited Final Cut on 09/13/2025 as a token of appreciation from host Mr. Ramey Daiber. I must say, it was quite the experience. The restaurant was very clean, very well lit and the decor was ambient! Our server (Kelvin), was an exceptional touch to our dining experience at Final Cut! He was Kind, professional & very friendly. Not to mention, his knowledge of the entire menu was top tier!! Definitely my best dining experience at Hollywood casino Toledo hands down. And my husband and I will be returning in the very near future!! Great job Hollywood! I can only hope that our last visit in, was not the (FINAL CUT) for us…. # plot twist #you guys rock #see you soon
