  Catherine Rodriguez is the professional you want to have around you in a situation as complicated as a divorce in Miami, she is not the type of lawyer who tells you what you want to hear, she is the lawyer who defends your interests above her own if necessary, she truly cares about her clients and winning cases fairly and honestly, with a respect for the law that family lawyers in Miami do not usually have and in my case I speak with mercy about this since the opposing party in my case was the perfect example of what a family lawyer who only cares about money does. I only have words of gratitude for her and her team for being by my side and supporting me when I needed it most and for also speaking to me strongly and seriously when they had to and helping me not to make more mistakes and to end my divorce in the best way, defending my interests and those of my daughter. I recommend her 100% since I am completely convinced that she is the best family lawyer in Miami without a doubt.

  It's difficult to articulate how truly great of an attorney Catherine Rodriguez is. My gratitude for her work is only matched by the admiration I have for it. Her knowledge, work ethic and integrity are unlike anything I have ever seen before from any professional. On top of that she is responsive, organized and communicative to the point that nothing is left up in the air nor would a client ever be left wondering what's next. If you are either considering divorce or in divorce proceedings you must consult with Catherine. She can either ensure your divorce gets the best and fastest resolution possible. Or if your spouse is being unreasonable Catherine can protect your and your children's interests better than anyone. Before I found Catherine I was going through a lengthy, contested divorce that ultimately ended up going to trial after 3 years. I initially went through 3 attorneys that made matters worse because they allowed my ex-spouse's unscrupulous attorney run roughshod over them, and who failed to understand the case. The situation changed when I found Catherine after about 1.5 years into the case. She understood the case immediately and proactively worked to correct the situation. Her knowledge of the law is beyond impressive. She was able to "turn the tide" and for the first time I had someone standing up for my children and I. She was proactive instead of being on defense. Most importantly, she immediately began to obtain results in making the case move forward. She was able to stop my ex-spouse and her lawyer from purposely financially draining me by prolonging litigation, when necessary (and only when necessary) she filed appropriate motions which were always granted. Catherine was able to de-escalate unnecessary conflicts and eventually turned my ex-spouse's and her attorney's intransigence against them in court when we went to trial. Watching Catherine Rodriguez at trial, along with Brianna Stern from Filler Rodriguez, was absolutely mesmerizing. Their level of preparedness, knowledge of every detail of the case and absolute command of the courtroom set the tone and achieved the outcomes that I could have only hoped for. It was this level of preparedness and attention to detail that overcame a guardian ad litem recommendation as well. Going through a divorce can be an unimaginably difficult experience that will test you emotionally, mentally, spiritually and in every sense that makes you human. Not to mention financially. There is no training or rehearsal for divorce so going through it is a whirlwind of conflicting emotions and confusion from a situation that, oftentimes, makes no logical sense because the law doesn't care about logic. Having the right attorney to navigate this situation is the single most important decision you can make and it can make the difference between the right outcome or results that can cause irreparable harm to your children, your mental health and your financial stability. It would be remiss of me not to also express my infinite gratitude to Brianna Stern who worked alongside Catherine Rodriguez on my case. Her level of dedication alone brought me a sense of relief. She fully immersed herself in the case so there were no loose ends when going to court and achieving the best results we could have hoped for. I cannot recommend the team at Filler Rodriguez enough and will be forever grateful for everything they have done for my family.
