I have tried to return my chips after picking up my order to realize when I got home how nasty they were but they wouldn’t switch them out.. Probably because they were all stale and nasty. Empire location makes the rice to where it’s mush. I’m officially done with Fiesta and will stick with Hacienda

The overall quality of the food didn’t meet expectations, and the taco salad was especially disappointing. The meat lacked seasoning entirely, and it was added to the shell without being properly drained, which made the whole dish soggy and unappetizing. I hope they revisit their preparation standards.

I don't even know what it is but it nearly took my teeth out. Please practice more food safety, theres no reason this thing should have been there....
