    I made an appointment with the service team, and from start to finish, they treated me amazingly well. I originally called about a radio issue, and they informed me about a recall on my Wrangler — which they also took care of for me. In addition, my radio issue was technically out of warranty by a few weeks, yet they still handled it at no charge. That kind of customer care really stands out. I worked with Fields years ago, and they were outstanding then — and they’re just as exceptional now. It truly speaks to the leadership and ownership, and the way they run all their locations. I’m even considering trading in my wife’s car just to do business with them again — that’s how powerful great service can be.

    My husband and I recently came in for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The price was very fair—especially for a dealership—and the staff provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They even were proactive, taking the time to point out a couple items that need to be addressed that were covered by our maintenance contract. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with complimentary coffee, beverages, and snacks, which made the short wait really pleasant. We also enjoyed checking out the newest cars in the showroom while there. Overall, a great experience all around! We definitely will be coming back for future service and recommending this dealership to friends and family.

    From start to finish this was the WORST experience I've ever had at a dealership 1. Call because I'm very interested in a truck they have. "We don't do outside financing, you have to finance with us" Me- Sorry we couldn't do business". Hour later they call back to say "We'll do it this one time" 2. Having to come down multiple times because "You're out of state" for the funds to complete being wired (And I also put a $500 Deposit down the first day I went there). Last car I bought was from Gurnee, IL and they let me TAKE the car without even having the down payment or any sort of deposit on the vehicle. 3. Truck I purchased was a 2020 Ram 1500 5.7. Didn't haggle on the price, gave them their asking price. Obviously the "hemi tick" i.e. manifold exhaust system are known for going bad on these with their bolts and gaskets. The NEXT MORNING I started the truck up i noticed it, said "no way they sold me this with that already like that" waited a couple more days and gave a call explaining it. No loaners available, so I have to pay out of pocket to Enterprise for them to have my truck. Get to Enterprise and they tell me "Oh yeah, they're always just throwing there vehicles at us, so we have all these rentals available." But yet they're "3 weeks out from loaners" 4. Took them 2 days to find the ticking on a cold start, but occurs EVERY time the truck is started after sitting for an hour or so. Crazy right? The state statue has a 500 mile or 15 day warranty, whichever comes first, that is required by the state. But "we don't cover manifold exhaust, only manifold intake". Guy says the exhaust manifold is cracked and tells me 1200 on the phone to fix, then texts me saying original offer was 1900, then drops it down to 900. Obviously going to do it myself. Paid out of pocket for the rental which was never reimbursed. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

    Exceptional Service from Peter at Fields Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Glenview I recently had a major repair done on my Ram 1500 EcoDiesel, and Peter, my service advisor, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From the very first call, he was professional, honest, and extremely patient — keeping me informed every step of the way as my vehicle went through warranty approval, engine replacement, and final inspection. Even when delays came up between the warranty company and the service department, Peter took the time to explain everything clearly and followed up consistently. He treated my situation with genuine care, not just as another repair ticket. That level of communication and customer service is rare, and I truly appreciated how he made a difficult and stressful repair experience much easier to handle. If you’re bringing your vehicle in for service at Fields Glenview, ask for Peter — he’s one of the most professional and trustworthy advisors I’ve ever worked with.

Keyon never pushed or rushed us, he was patient and tried his best to provide the best experience for us. Keyon communicated clearly, gave us updates, so we knew exactly what to expect. No hidden charges, clear financial expectations, great customer service and extensive knowledge helped us to make our decision without spending extra money and wasting time.
