Made an appointment.. It doesn't matter it was a complete circus. Not due to transport guys but whoever is in charge of scheduling or lack there of. You expect better of BMW of all places but instead cars are forced on like cattle. Two hours plus for an oil change on a good day I was told with appointment. So is it that BMW are such junk that the service is that packed? Doesn't look good for someone looking to purchase one. What a let down!

I recently called Fields BMW of Winter Park after seeing a car I was interested in on line. Only the day before I driven two hours to another dealership after making an appointment only to be told the car had already been sold. When I called Fields I was lucky enough to be put in touch with Joe Dixon. After I explained the situation to him, he was very accommodating, understanding that I was driving from Central Georgia and would be very frustrated if I got there only to be told the car had been sold. Joe gave me a 99% guarantee the car would be available when I got there and it was. The entire encounter with Joe Dixon and the team at Fields NMW was great. Everything moved right along and was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. I would definitely call on Joe again, he was awesome.

I have been bringing my car to BMW of Winter Park for routine services such as oil changes for quite some time. Recently, my car wouldn’t start, and since the “Service Engine Soon” light was on, I wasn’t sure if it was just a dead battery or a more serious issue. To be safe, I had my car towed to BMW of Winter Park for diagnosis.
Several days later, I received a call stating that my battery was weak (with a $600 replacement quote) and that there was a leak in the coolant pump and reservoir (an additional $3,000 to repair). These estimates were far beyond my budget, so I decided to pick up my car and seek a second opinion.
When I called to confirm whether my car would start, the service representative told me the battery was too weak and that I would need to jump-start it myself. Rather than risk it, I had the car towed again this time to a different mechanic. That mechanic was able to repair the actual issue at a much better rate and confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my battery.
Not only was I misled about costly, unnecessary repairs, but the service department also showed no willingness to assist me with something as simple as a jump-start. This experience has completely eroded my trust. I will not be returning to BMW of Winter Park for any future service or vehicle purchases due to the way I was treated and the lack of integrity I experienced

I walked into Fields this past Saturday . I was “thinking” about treating myself to a fun car. I met Hugh and we got on well right from the start. After driving a few cars we sat down to chat a bit and I told him I’d be back on the following Monday . I asked him to have some figures ready for me to look at. When I got there on Monday he was prepared and we reviewed everything . I chose a 2026 430i in Artic blue - gorgeous! The entire experience was easy going and there was no pressure. I would highly recommend going yo see High at Fields BMW!

My review will be of the sales person, Brandyn and not the dealership. Once I got to the dealership and walked around, looking at various vehicles on the lot, Brandyn then came out and was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and SUVs that I was asking questions about. He was never pushy and he answered all my questions. When I settled in on the SUV of my choice, he took the time to go over it with me and offered me a test drive which I declined at that point because there were other vehicles at other dealership's I wanted to look at before settling in on that one. I then went and looked at some of the other vehicles and other locations and I called Brandyn back and let him know I was on my way back to take a test drive in the SUV that I had singled out. Brandyn took me out and went over almost all the features and benefits of the SUV. After the test drive, I made an offer on the vehicle and he took it to his manager. Rabbe. Sadly thats where my opinion of the dealership changed from great to not so great.
Rabbe the sales manager was not willing to talk any numbers until they brought the vehicle in the shop for an oil change. And from that point on my experience went downhill dealing with Rabbe.
My daughter and I were wandering around the dealership waiting for him to finalize the oil change when Brandyn told me to come upstairs to his desk to go over it with his sales manager Rabbe, Rabbe gave me the song and dance that they bought the vehicle at fair market value blah blah and there’s no money in it to discount, but he could give me a couple hundred dollars off. At that very moment, I stood up looked right at Brandyn and said no deal and if you guys change your mind let me know. In the meantime, I’m leaving. Rabbe asked me why and I said because we are not even close and that its not a deal for me. Rabbe then walked away and I’m guessing went back to his office and picked up his cell phone and called Brandyn at his desk in front of me and then offered me $1000 off to which I laughed considering Rabbe just gave me the song and dance that there’s no money to discount on this car. But he miraculously came up with $1000. I told Brandon you have my offer you know the deal I’m looking at and I’m leaving and heading home. Again if you change your mind you know how to reach me. At that point to be honest, I had no intention of dealing with this dealership again when Brandyn called me the next morning to tell me that they accepted my deal. I live over an hour away and this all could’ve been done on the same day that I was there and I would not have had to go home to come back the next day to do the deal. IMO Rabbe is a typical shady sales manager and I won’t say the rest of how I feel in this review of about his background as well as mine and my daughters. If the dealerships general manager would like to discuss this further you know how to reach me.
Now back to Brandyn. Once the deal was finalized, and I purchased the vehicle, he took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle and all its bells and whistles. He made sure everything was set up and functional for me before I left the dealership showing he cares about his customers unlike the sales manager Rabbe. Brandyn also went a step further, which is rare in today’s world of calling me up after the sale to make sure everything was OK. For somebody so young, he’s a standup person and an asset to Fields BMW. Great Job Brandyn.
