  I recently needed help. My card number was stolen and used in Las Vegas while I was traveling to NY. I relied heavily on Tim Stevens, Lexington Branch, to guide and help me navigate the Fraud and Dispute centers. He was the voice of calm while I was trying to resolve this during my travels. He made sure I had a new card by the time I returned home. ISAAC, in customer care, also patiently went through all the transactions and dates with me to make sure I had all the info I needed to talk to the dispute center. Overall, while the fraud center was a challenge, Tim and Isaac made the process smooth.

  I recently created a business checking account at Field and Main. Our family also applied for and received a HELOC with them. We were very pleased with both experiences. The staff and loan officers were friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I'd recommend Field and Main to any of my friends and business associates
