I have been a Realtor in Williamson County, TN for 18 years and worked with multiple builders throughout my career. When it comes to great on-site agents and a builder who aims to please, Fiddler's Glen by John Weiland Homes has a great team and makes it a pleasure to bring my Buyers who are looking to build a home in Williamson County. Kristin and Ashanti give a great first impression of the community and once a Buyer decides to move forward, the showroom for making selections is impressive to say the least. Throughout the entire process, the team at Fiddlers Glen keeps the Buyer informed of every detail with weekly check-ins, while easing concerns and answering any questions that may arise along the way. With any builder there will always be unexpected obstacles to work through, and the team at Fiddler's Glen does a fine job at going the extra mile, while presenting a beautiful home when it comes time to close. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my next Buyer to Fiddlers Glen.

Agree with Jessica and Danica. Based on our poor experience throughout the build process and now dealing with the nightmare developer-run HOA, we would not recommend doing business with this company. We have heard similar frustrations from most, if not all of our new neighbors.
