  I sincerely appreciate Francisco and his windows and door installation crew for their outstanding service. From start to finosh they demostrated exceptional professionalism. Francisco took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The entire work was done in a couple of hours. Francisco was also kind enough to come back a couple of weeks after to check up on the door with no hesitation. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy window installers. Thanks for a job well done! A&K

  From the start, where I met the gentleman in Sam’s club, it was aces. The salesman arrived and explained everything completely. There were no surprises. The Wait time between the sales and installation was very quick, considering I have a lot of windows. The installation staff was amazing. Wayne and his crew were very accommodating. My wife and I have special needs kids, as well as elderly grandparents here with us. They were transparent with everything that was going to happen, which made it easy to explain to everyone in the house. Thank You FHIA.

  I have been trying to get 2 exterior doors replaced in my home. I met with FHIA at a Home Show and set up a consultation to get a quote for the doors. It was 40mins past my scheduled appointment time so I gave the company a call to figure out what was going on. The gentleman who answered proceeded to tell me “It looks like we did have you down for an appointment, but we canceled it because of your credit/your home doesn’t qualify”. I asked him to explain because I never heard of a contractor running a person’s credit before a consultation (plus it made no sense since my credit is over 800 and I am pretty sure it is illegal to do a credit check without me signing off on it). He couldn’t explain himself, and just stated my address doesn’t “qualify”. Sad thing is this situation would have been closed and shut if they had done the courtesy to call/text me they had to cancel my appointment. They also sadly lost out on someone who pays cash out the door and is ready to get this project done. DO BETTER!

  FHIA was respectful of my property during our window replacement. We are pleased with the efficiency and communication throughout the process. Although their price was initially not as competitive as others, their warranty for the impact windows makes it completely worth it. We would not have upgraded to impact windows without that warranty. They truly stand behind their products and their installers!

  We recently had work done by FHIA Remodeling, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain every step of the process. Francisco, our installer, was absolutely outstanding — meticulous with his work, respectful of our home, and clearly takes great pride in what he does. Everything was completed efficiently and looks beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend FHIA and Francisco to anyone looking for quality work and great service.
