  I had another amazing experience with Mike Post at FHIA. I could not believe the same person that sold me windows 5 years ago is the same person who is taking care of my future kitchen refacing.   My whole day with Mike Post was the best experience I have had with a sales person. He gave me lots of time and was more than thorough in presenting and explaining not only the product but the reasons that I was dealing with a very good company.   I needed new windows for my home, and FHIA Remodeling’s sales rep Mike Post made the entire process easy and stress-free. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained the different types of windows and how they’re constructed. He went over the lifetime warranty and made it clear that the quoted price included everything, from getting the permit to making any necessary frame repairs after removing the old window. No hidden fees whatsoever. What impressed me most was that Mike truly had my best interests in mind. He didn’t try to upsell me hurricane five windows since they weren’t needed for my location; something not all sales reps would do. Instead, he searched for every possible discount to ensure I got the best price for my money. After his thorough and honest presentation, I felt confident enough to sign the contract immediately.
