Muy mala experiencia, cometieron un error interno subieron mis cuotas debido a esto, me dijeron que pagara el extra que ellos me lo reembolsarían ( porque fue culpa de su oficina)
Luego de dos meses aún no recibo mi dinero de regreso, la señora Fernanda Macedo se niega a atenderme , y nadie me da una explicación real de donde está mi dinero.

I am a new customer at State Farm for my homeowners policy. I have not yet had to use it, and hopefully won’t so I can’t comment on State Farm. I do want to write a comment based on the representative though. I chose to go with State Farm because of the care and service I received from the Fernando Macedo Agency by their agent Juliana. She has been patient and kind in providing the information I needed to make this my choice of companies. It feels good to have a person I feel I can call directly with any concerns, I’m not just a policy number.
