- MKMeg KillenSep 13, 20171.0Pretty disappointed with my service at Fergusons. I had to chase them down after ordering some items. Very poor at returning phone calls and emails. Went weeks without hearing from them despite several messages left inquiring about my items ordered. Finally just stopped by to pick them up myself. After waiting almost 4 weeks for a shower head (with no communication that it was actually back ordered) I'm just giving up and going elsewhere. I may not be big business to these folks, but very poor customer service in my opinion. I get the feeling they prefer to deal with contractors who give them lots of business for fancy homes.

We came in late in the day told her what our likes were and what our remodeling was and she helped us to find the perfect faucet! And made us an excellent cup of coffee to boot! The faucet arrived to us at our house in less than 24 hrs! I highly recommend this store!
