    I had a terrible time at this particular facilty everyone in the office was nice and professional but when it came down to an individual named “Dave” he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder in regards to me. It all started when I was in Fergusons yard I backed to their door to be loaded and I was questioned about using my leaf blower to get debris out the back of my trailer for a cleanly exchange, so there would be no issue with the goods loaded. I was then told by Dave that I didnt have any safety vest on while in their warehouse (although there is no signage anywhere stating that) so I needed to get in my truck very aggressively, I oblidged because I didnt want any trouble as I awaited the fork lift operator Dave to be finished loading my trailer, I heard a loud commotion going on in the back of my trailer Dave the forklift operator conducted a burn out claiming he got stuck “destroying my wood flooring” on my $73k Great Dane trailer. I spoke with the manager Jeff in regards to how can we resolve this issue considering I now have damage done to the floor of my trailer by their man child Dave I was told to get a quote for repairs and that Ferguson would cover the repair cost to be honest Dave should be fired if his attitude persist in this manner I have been to multiple Ferguson’s within the area and have never experienced this type of child like behavior from a supposed adult I am a truck driver and it is already hard enough in this industry with survival the last thing I need is someone who woke up on the wrong side of the bed bothering me and going on a power trip soley because someone put you in charge of loading and unloading a trailer.
