  We have used Fergusons for the last 30 years for our house and rentals but sadly it has changed for the worst. We called to schedule an appointment and was told none was needed, better to just come over, so we did. We got there, Mosaic store, and were the only customers in hugh store and a reception told us the designer would be with us soon but was now on phone. We could see the designer who was sitting on the floor using her computer, not talking with anyone. We browsed and waited for 15 minutes, then asked again and were told by the designer, she would be with us in 5 minutes. We acted 15 minutes more but she did not leave her computer and was not on phone or with a customer. We again approached and asked and she said “soon”. At that point we told her we were leaving and that customers in the studio should be respected more than this. She again said, “ almost ready” or something like this. After using them for all thee years, i will not be going back! I gave it a 2 stars as the space was nicely set up.

  Evelyn Merino is amazing! By the time I arrived for my appointment she had my portfolio pulled up. I told her my budget and my vision - she nailed both, and I walked out a very happy client. She knows the product, knows how to navigate the search system, and has a good sense of aesthetics to follow what I was looking for. Evelyn is sharp and great, and I had a lovely experience with Ferguson.

  One employee working the floor who was helping another customer. I was barely acknowledgesd. no “I’ll be with you later” or anything. Walked around for 20 mins, nada. Heard another employee in the back who never came out to assist I guess I’ll take my money elsewhere
