    Was helped by a few different employees and they were all helpful and knowledgeable. Informed me that they could order the burner assembly for my water heater but suggested calling the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. Also gave me the part number to ease the warranty process. Will definitely continue to use Ferguson for plumbing and hvac repairs.

    Called this location, ordered supplies, supplies were all put on will call in Roseville. Got over half the order wrong or missed items completely, some items were only on Roseville, had them shipped to worksite, when delivered items were all wrong size, called to get correct items delivered again and they didn't have any anywhere in the state. Useless...

    Again they had not one part I needed out of a dozen. Waste of time. I will second about one of there employees being so on helpful . these are parts that should be stock

    Great location. Love the idea of having a supplier on this side of town. Unfortunately they seem to stock very little. Almost 75% of the time I contact them they are out of of things, barely have enough, or just don't carry it. Things that are not out of the normal for supply parts.
