  I live 40 minutes north and drove out here to find that the store didn’t actually have the part I needed. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I got the part, as it was essential for our water heater to function. He triple checked where they might have it, called another plumbing supply company, and even thought to look into arranging a delivery of the part for the next day. The service was phenomenal and due to his persistence we were able to get the part quickly. I so appreciate his diligence and concern in working with me to get this part!

  My husband and I went into Ferguson to pick up an a/c motor replacement. Josh and 2 others (sorry I forgot the names) helped us out. They did everything to help us make the right decision on what we were buying / needed and who we could contact for a little more troubleshooting. They suggested Pro Elements, and we texted Vern. All of the help we received from Pro Elements, and Ferguson got us up and running. We are so thankful for the guys over at Ferguson. They listened, were knowledgeable, and what they couldn’t answer, they found us the answers. Recommend these two companies. Truly blessed to have found them. Thanks so much guys!

  Always a hassle coming here. There’s one guy (I think he’s newer) that is very argumentative. I waited 3 days to post this review because I’ve been stewing on it. So I called in a part. Go to the store, guy says he initially can’t find the order. Magically finds the order. Then he says they don’t have the part. I’m a contractor that relies on what the counter people tell me to tell my clients so to hear this is not cool. Then to have him argue with me really pisses me off. Then he goes and PRODUCES THE PART!!! I will go here as little as often in the future or not unless I absolutely have to. I’d rather drive 20 minutes north to Lehi for better service than waste my time with these guys.

  I purchased a hot surface ignitor yesterday and then accidentally shattered it when trying to install it. I had no idea how incredibly fragile that component is. I went back in today to purchase a second one, but upon hearing my predicament the gracious employee allowed me to have the second one pro bono!! I was shocked at the generosity. I'll definitely be coming here for any of my future supply needs, as well as referring friends and family.
