    If you need appliances in the Yampa Valley, McKenzy at Ferguson will take great care of you. I came in knowing mostly what I wanted and she helped me with the details. She asked good questions that helped me clarify what features were important to me. She is also knowledgeable about what brands' maintenance people are available in the area, so she didn't sell me anything that would be difficult to get repaired out here. Ferguson handles everything. After the appliances I ordered came in, Javon called me to schedule delivery. Ferguson coordinated the delivery, uninstall and haul away of my old appliances, and installation of my new appliances. It was easy and seamless. Thank you McKenzy and Javon!!

    Don’t shop here. No one answers the phone. Nor do they return voice mails or emails which are left. We’ve bought two kitchen appliances from them and have fully paid. However, we are utterly unable to find out when they will be installed. Very frustrating. Update: Jason, the manager, stepped in and helped out - a LOT. Very pleased in the end after a terrible start.

    Great experience at Ferguson. Neal helped us pick out our plumbing fixtures. He was honest and helpful with his suggestions. He had a great sense of humor. This was one of the best experiences in picking things for our new home. We wanted to buy from Ferguson because they support our community, specifically Yampa Valley Autism Program.

    Lance was extremely helpful. He was patient and very informative. I went in thinking I was going to have to tear into my ceiling in order to fix my tub but his creative thinking allowed me to solve my problem without having to. Thanks Lance.
