This is our first time getting any type of materials for our shower so we were confused. The minute we called in, the customer service was incredible! During the call, the customer service rep told us what location had the part we needed and put a hold for us. When we got there, the staff was super helpful too. We were considering getting a shower kit there (trimmings, valve) and the staff were so thorough with explaining the different brands and the pros/cons of each of them. If we need any materials in the future, we will definitely come here!
