After I explained further what I needed she not only found alternate sources online but called the vendor of the existing faucet to determine an alternate solution. While it didnt fully work out - above and beyond my best expectations for service.

But the manager and the sales rep went above and beyond to make up for it. They saved Christmas. Thanks guys!!!

- MLmichael lebowitzMay 21, 20211.0I purchased 5 Daikin split heat pumps systems from Brighton Location of Ferguson Plumbing Supply.An expenditure of over 12k.This spring one unit stopped functioning. My HVAC contractor informed me that the condenser needed to be replaced because it had a gas leak that couldn't be repaired. I immediately contacted Daikin and they informed me that the unit was under warranty and that my suppler Ferguson would arrange to replace it. I called Ferguson and they gave me the name of 2 HVAC contractors one of which I had to use to check out the system. I had to wait 2.5 weeks to get thier HVAC person to check the condensor.Thier recommended contractor couldn't find the leak. I had to pay my contractor to go back refill the unit with gas and take a video of his gas detector going off because of the gas leak. I then contact Ferguson again and spoke to them about the warranty. They said they would get back to me. No one called back. I called again and they told me they no longer handle Daikin and cant help me. At this point 6 weeks have gone buy, I have paid my HVAC contractor for two service calls,and thier recommended person for another service call. They were fast to sell me the equipment for 12k and now wont stand behind it. I wouldnt use Ferguson Supply if you want reliable service and additionally I would suggest that you avoid Daikin Products.
