I can take that but where I draw the line is being ordered around like a dog. It took me an hour to complete a transaction for two six inch victaulic fittings. The counter person never greeted me. Ordered me to stand on the other side of his portal. Asked me multiple times how to spell my name. Put the materials on the wrong account for $1450.00, took my ID which is against Maryland law and I don’t care what your policy is because it doesn’t outweigh the law. Made a personal call while dealing with me and ignored me. Finally got the amount correct for $514.00 and then told me the PO format was not correct for this account. He then ordered me to go to the other end of the counter to pick up my receipt as he refused to walk down and bring it to me so instead he made an almost sixty year old man carry the fittings to the other end for no other reason than to belittle me . I’m sure the manager will reply that they care about their customers which is a bunch malarkey because going off the other reviews they don’t care because the counter staff and management should be fired at this location. Never again will I cross the threshold of a Ferguson store anywhere and I’ll strongly encourage my company who is one of their biggest customers to avoid them also because a line was crossed.
