    I needed a faucet aerator. I am not a professional plumber. My local home improvement retail store did not carry the size and style of aerator I needed. I stopped by Ferguson Plumbing Supply in Falls Church to see if they had the correct aerator for my faucet. Nate checked several aerators until we found the correct one. I greatly appreciate the time he took and his patience as he helped me find exactly what I needed.

    I'm a moderate DIYer -- fix within the house when I can but semi-random. This is the first occasion where I've had to work a thermostatic control repair and, well, the part was extremely annoying to figure out (just "what" was the part I needed to buy before even considering the actual repair). Ferguson was the third place I tried as I tried to figure out which cartridge I was looking for. As with the first two, 'what it was' stumped the two people at the counter. The two Ferguson employees, however, didn't shake their heads and send me elsewhere like had happened at the first two ... in a very professional and friendly manner, they stepped up to try to help me figure out what the actual part was so that I could order it and get the shower repaired. A simple truth: quality service like this is the type of customer facing engagement that will bring people back to a store time after time. I let a Ferguson exec know of my positive experience. What did he let me know: one of those two employees was being sent to other Ferguson locations to help train new employees in customer service. Good for them!

    Incredibly helpful. They custom-fabricated a piece of pipe to repair my 50-year-old broken laundry drain, and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Great service!!
