    Tried to return a state water heater. Scott made it impossible he said to exchange the unit I would need to purchase a brand new identical model and then wait for Ferguson to put the money back on my card. State called and Scott was rude and condescending to the State employee mocking him and stating “what didn’t you hear I’m not replacing it unless he buys a new one “ he was becoming so angry I just left and told the State employee we will deal with another person had to reload water heater and go home. This is there sister store.

    I was given a new bathroom sink but my faucet was the wrong size for the holes in the new sink. By thinking outside the box, Tyler solved the problem for under $8. This during corona 19, everyone was very helpful and friendly.
