    I would recommend to eveyone looking for bath/kitchen fixtures. I called to make an appointment to ensure I had time to have all my questions answered and was set-up with Carlos. Carlos has been very helpful during my on-going bathtub renovation nightmare. He thoroughly answered my questions and concerns and offered great design advice when I was working to find missing parts to a Kohler rain shower set I purchased 9 years ago. My deliveries arrived on-time as arranged: tub, toilet, tub spout, and pressure balance valve trim/body/cartridge so during installation day the plumber had everything required. When I found a manufacturing defect on the toilet tank, he made arrangements to have a new one delivered right away. Thank you Carlos for all your help and expertise!
