    Had the same experience as Ken. “We got 100” of something that comes with a part you need but we won’t sell them to you. I only need 3 and they are worried about “tieing up inventory”. Well, don’t worry. I will go online from now on or support another supplier. Why support local when they don’t support you.

    They are more of a wholesaler. They have specialty iteams , you may not find attached your local home improvement stores. Which means you are going to PAY for them. Cash customers , beware ! If you would happen to need to return anything you will be waiting 2 weeks for a check in the mail. Yes even with a receipt.
