    We returned a defective sump pump to Ferguson Plumbing Supply at 2600 Pittman Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The product is under a 3-year warranty, and before returning it, we confirmed multiple times with Branch Manager John Watkins that it would be eligible for a return and refund. He clearly said we could bring it to any Ferguson store and that the refund would be processed. We followed through and dropped it off. Since then, it's been over 8 months and we still haven’t received any refund. We've sent several follow-ups, but all we've gotten back are generic replies that it’s "being worked on," without any real updates or action. This has honestly been a frustrating experience. What should’ve been a simple return has turned into a drawn-out process that’s wasted a lot of our time. It’s disappointing, especially after being reassured from the start that this wouldn’t be an issue.

    One guy at the register couldn't put his phone away to serve the customers. Very bad attitude from him( first register next to the door)

    Went in for replacement parts and the salesman didn't have in stock what I needed. Directed me to the DC location and was apologetic about not having what I needed but was very helpful and nice.
