    They have no one that answers the phone… if you do get the operator you get transferred to the show room floor and it rings forever and no one answers. This company is useless.

    My husband and I met with Chris Doub at Feruson's to discuss replacing all of our kitchen appliances as part of a remodeling project. What a great experience it was! Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough as he explained each appliance, plusses and minuses, tradeoffs we would make with every decision. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
