    Terrible sales support for a damaged vanity. Multiple calls and emails sent to sales rep with picture - with no timely response. Actually still have not received a telephone call from sales rep as wea requested. 3 different customer service people can't help with the issue despite having order number. After call the corporate office and getting transferred to the compliant department finally getting some help. After all the run around finally getting vanity replace. However, it is going to cost me hundreds of dollars due to delay in response back to me as I now have to have the plumber and contractor come back. When asked who was going to pay for the additional cost I was told "Ferguson and the manufacturer doesn't cover that cost." When I continued to complain I then was told "send me the invoice and I will see what I can do." Ridiculous that I am now on the hook for the cost of removing the damaged vanity and installing the new one all because the sales rep couldn't be bothered with responding to me in a timely manner.

    Open M-F for walkin browsing. If you want to discuss things you need an appointment. Even though their sign says they are open on Saturdays, they are not.
