Following their lead I showed up and waited in a line of three people for about 30 minutes. Once I got to the front they tried to find my part and said they do not carry it and that they don't really have parts for the small home plumbing jobs. I was confused about this since their shop looked huge and other people had recommended it. Turns out that their focus at Ferguson is large commercial jobs. So if you need such small time plumbing parts you may have better luck elsewhere. In fact the staff at Ferguson's recommended I go to T M O'Donnell Co for these kinds of jobs.
