- TNTrung NguyenJan 27, 20222.0Don’t go here if you want help or actually purchase anything. I’m in the middle of a bathroom renovation and arrived here by recommendation. I needed plumbing hardware and fixtures; should be a simple in and out. I was told they’re a showroom and no one is available to help (even if I know exactly what I want) unless it’s by appointment that’s a week out. The snobbery of it all is that there were associates not doing anything. Will not be back, will not recommend to anyone.
