The person that helped me immediately jumped to the no we don't have that without even knowing what was being talked about. Also if he bothered to actually look up similar parts, found two of them on fergusson website, he would have seen that his own "knowledge" needs some improvement. Will take my business elsewhere because of one person. Other than that in the past they have been helpful and decent to work with. This was just the end and for me with them and any business I intended to give them in the future.
