    We recently bought a standalone tub and faucets from Ferguson. Our sales representative was Melissa. My wife and I were very impressed with her. She answered questions we didn’t even know to ask and had a very pleasant demeanor. Her knowledge of the product available at Ferguson was extensive and after a few moments of expressing our desires she gave us several suggestions the worked right into our plans. Carole and I often talk about how customer service was a thing of the past, but it is alive and well at Ferguson with people like Melissa working there. She made us feel like family.

    I went to a consult on 6/10 with Jo Anne M. and was very disappointed. I told her I had a $78k budget for a kitchen remodel and she acted like it would be impossible to do anything with "that low of a budget." At one point, I asked her to just shoot me straight and if it wasn't possible, I'd go somewhere else or do it myself. She ultimately said that we could figure something out with her lower end cabinets and go from there. During my consult I asked her for a quote, and she said she was going on vacation for a week but could get it to me after. I waited until 6/24 before emailing to follow-up, and got no response. I emailed again 7/1, and no response. Finally, I called the general line on 7/7 and talked with Eric J and he said he would leave her a message and make sure I got a quote from her or from someone else. On 7/16, I emailed him again asking for a quote, and got no response. I am going to take my little budget somewhere else. Overall, I was very disappointed, trying to be kind and flexible, and felt like 1.5 months of chasing down quotes were completely wasted. I would take your money somewhere else!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
