    If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever will never return. Had ordered some plumbing with Patricia. Every time I would call to follow up she was always busy apparently and never got a call back. Went in she apparently had stepped out. I asked the gentleman with the beard he was bald and the worst attitude poor-customer service, don’t understand why he is even there. He literally said sorry can’t help you and walked away. Canceled my order and will go somewhere else for my plumbing and appliances. Never again!

    Poor communication, poor organization. Unable to reach out by phone. No calls back. Products takes several months to arrive, no follow up. Products arrived damaged and no responsibility taken, they washed their hands and make you contact directly with warranty. Very poor installation service, we had to pay apart, very expensive, poor quality and no warranty. Very disappointed. I still pending products bought on July 2021, installation of others and parts of others. Now, after everything was paid off at front year 2021, came out that I owed bills that were paid on 2021. Still more disappointed.

    Best customer service by far. The sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable. The manager was also on the floor at the time and made sure to help in any way he could. I’m very new to fixer uppers and the staff here made it so much simpler! I would highly recommend them for both simple and complex projects. Will definitely be back! Thank you guys!!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
