    Visited the showroom to purchase a sink. Everyone was extremely friendly at the front desk. The showroom is very clean and easy to find what you're looking for. Jessica was able to put my order in and have us on our way in no time.

    Purchased Subzero refrigerator and Wolf range. Multiple issues with the installation of the refrigerator such as wrong appliance delivered, incorrect installation causing a problem with the refrigerator and damage to our flooring. The wolf range is not evenly installed with the countertop. With these issues comes with no real acknowledgment of wrongdoing on their part and no offer to make it right. Highly do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

    The showroom experience was good. Installation was a disaster. We built a new home and purchased our entire appliance package from Ferguson. The dish drawer wasn’t aligned properly but they adjusted. The dish drawer nor the ice maker was working when we moved in. They were not responsive so our plumber fixed the issues. Seems their installers installed the appliances but failed to properly install the water lines. Moreover, they never mentioned it so we didn’t know there was a problem. Attached are pictures of the broken and useless pipes and destroyed cabinet wall. BEWARE! UPDATE. Katie never contacted me as promised in their response.

    Ferguson is my "goto" for kitchen/bathroom remodeling. I would also like to commend Jessica Kleinecke, at The Woodlands location, for customer care beyond the call of duty. I showed up at 4:55PM, on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, with a kitchen faucet problem. She worked 30 minutes to solve my problem, then followed up on the subsequent Tuesday with a solution to my problem. KUDOS!

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
